Center The Ashland Area Enterprise Center is an operation of the Ashland Area Development Corporation, a Wisconsin non-profit company whose mission is to foster economic development in and around the Ashland, Wisconsin area. The Enterprise Center provides both leased space and support / technical services to small businesses. AAEC will work with many types of small businesses, ranging from home-based, to startups and expanding businesses.

The AAEC facility is a 60,000 sq. ft. mixed-use building that has, under one roof, warehouse and distribution, "class A" office and manufacturing space. This leasable space is available on flexible terms and includes such features as:

  • Fully sprinklered, with fire alarm system.
  • Concrete floors in production area, with six foot double entry doors.
  • Common use of one loading dock, plus a service drive, all located off a low-traffic street.
  • Use of beautifully furnished conference rooms.
  • Storage space in the warehouse.
  • Free and ample parking.
  • Employee break room.

    Staff The AAEC provides an environment conducive to, and supportive of, your business' success.
    Tenants enjoy a welcoming lobby and friendly receptionist services. Phone answering services with voice mail, access to photocopier, fax machine, postage meter, and many other office amenities are available on a fee basis.
